A Review: Lindy Bop Audrey Classic Rose Dress

lindy bop

Lindy Bop is a Lady’s vintage clothing company that sell’s a wide range of Dresses, Skirts and even Kids Clothing. When my best friend decided to get married and have a vintage theme I told her to have a look on the Lindy Bop website.

The best part about this was She asked me to be Chief Bridesmaid which meant that i would be able to wear one of Lindy Bop’s gorgeous dresses, so as you can imagine I was very excited.

She found a dress that she liked and decided she would order them, but Lindy Bop is very popular and if you don’t buy them straight away they quickly go out of stock, so unfortunately her beloved peach Audrey Floral dress was out of stock. This made her quite unhappy so I looked for an alternative dress and the one I found she fell in love with instantly.

This Beautiful dress is called the Classic Audrey Pink Rose Swing dress. The price is £29.99 which is so cheap considering the quality of it.

When Zoe ordered the dresses they were delivered very Quickly and packaged away safely. When I first saw the dress i instantly fell in love and I couldn’t wait to try it on. The material was very thick which is not what I expected, I expected them to be quite thin as they were so cheap but they are very well made.

They are also true to size, I ordered a 14 and it fitted perfectly. It also came with a matching pink belt which split the dress up a bit and added a touch of class. From the second that I put this dress on I instantly felt like a princess.

To add a bit of flare to the the dress we wore bright pink petticoats underneath which gave it a lot of lift and just added more beauty to the dress.

The pink Roses on the dress really make it stand out, every body commented how beautiful the dresses were. The wedding Car driver even said that they were the nicest Bridesmaid Dresses he’d ever seen.

I Loved the dress so much I decided to purchase a Child’s dress for my youngest daughter. The child’s dresses are also very cheap at £15, It truly was a bargain. The Child’s dresses are also very well made and my Daughter looked stunning in it.

I highly recommend Lindy Bop, There clothing range is perfect for special occasions as well as every day wear.

But Remember if you see something you like don’t hesitate to buy it.

From a Sweet to an Almquest

So today my Best Friend Zoe Sweet is finally get married and I have the pleasure of being apart of her day.

Im not good at making speeches as that involves me speaking out loud to lots of people so instead I thought I would write down the things I would say.

Me and Zoe haven’t been friends since childhood and to be honest when we first met we didn’t actually like one another. We met 7 years ago when she started dating Adam one of my Fiance Andy’s very good friends. At the time me and Andy lived in his family’s pub and Adam brought Zoe in for a drink before taking her for a meal. This was the first time I met Zoe but wasn’t the first time id heard of her as Adam was trying to make her go out with him for a long while, but she was having none of it.

When Zoe entered the pub I was quite shocked at how beautiful she was and I thought how on earth has Adam managed to Talk her into going out with him. (love you really Adam). My first impression of Zoe was that she was very stuck up, which I found out a year later that was the impression she had of me. That was the only time I saw Zoe in the pub and we didn’t meet again till a year later.

We had a BBQ at our family home and Adam and Zoe came over. This time I actually got to talk to her and we found that actually we did have quite a lot in common. As the night went on and More alcohol was consumed we started to get on like a house on fire. We ended up dancing on top of a chest freezer to Hakuna Mata From the Lion King (As this is one of our favourite films) and that’s when our friendship started.

we started to see a lot more of each other and we would go on days and nights out. When Zoe and Adam moved in together we started meeting up on a Saturday night and we would order takeaway have a drink and watch the X factor.

When I had my first child Zoe was there Through all of My daughters Special Moments, And she was one of the first people to meet her. They have a special and close bond and I think they always will.

When Zoe asked me to be Maid Of Honour at her wedding I was Very Excited at the fact that I Will be able to share such a special day with her, So Thanks for that Zo.

Since we have both became mothers we don’t really get to spend as much time together but when we do see each other we just pick up where we left off, which I think is a sign of true friendship.

We have Cried together and we have laughed together and Im sure there will be more of that as the years go by.

There’s not really much more to say apart from I hope she has an amazing day, and Thanks for always being there for me.

I wish you and Adam all the best for the future, and here’s to all the new memory’s you will make as a married couple.

Love you both very much.

A Review: Crayola Sidewalk Tattoos

It was my Daughters 5th birthday in July and one of her presents was Crayola’s Sidewalk tattoos. We have been waiting for a day where it was nice enough outside so we could use it.

When I first looked at the package and read the instructions I thought this is going be quite difficult and it wont look like it does on the packet, but I was wrong. This set comes with 4 Tattoos and as its the spring pack we had a Rabbit Tattoo, Rose Tattoo, Egg Tattoo and a Chick. Along with the Tattoos there was a scraper and four coloured chalks.

The Instructions are very clear and photo’s are provided to make it easy.

Step one: Choose a Tattoo then pull off the backing.

Step two: place the tattoo face down on the ground. It was quite windy when we did it so my daughter used her foot to secure it in place.

Step Three: Take the scraper and Scrap it over the design. This was very simple and it transferred very easily.

Step four: Peel up the sheet, colour in and decorate.

A Review: Instanatural Stretch Mark & Scar cream

Instanatural create a wide range of skin care creams, I was sent the powerful and nourishing stretch mark and scar cream to test and review.

As you all know by now I have two Children so I now have a few unsightly Stretch marks on the bottom of my tummy which I really don’t like, I thought I would give this cream a try, I was quite excited to see the results. I used the cream twice a day, morning and night as instructed. The Cream is made with Cocoa Butter, Rose hip oil, Mango butter, Grape seed oil  and Evening Primrose oil. This has given the cream a nice and fruity aroma which is quite soothing.

As each day passed I noticed that my skin was starting to become a lot smoother and my stretch marks were fading.

After two weeks of using this cream my stretch marks have reduced and are now more of a skin colour rather than the red colour they were before.

So what’s in this Amazing product.

This cream has 6 key ingredients which are Vitamin C, Cocoa Butter, Rose hip Oil, Mango Butter, Grape Seed Oil and Evening Primrose Oil, Along with lots of other ingredients that help with nourishing the skin and reducing the colour and severity of stretch marks and scars.

Stretch Marks occur when the skin is stretched beyond its limits, this weakens the collagen in the skin, this leads to red and blue coloured stripes to appear on the skin.

This product has really worked for me, but don’t just take my word for it, try it today. This product can be purchased from Amazon. It is currently on sale so get in quick.
